Some businesses will not accept Saturday deliveries. Please bear this in mind if postage is to a work address. Also, Saturday delivery to Herm, Sark and Alderney cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our Aftercare Portal, where you can fully track your parcel’s journey to you. Our couriers will also send regular updates along the way, so please make sure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly to give you full control of your delivery.
Also, please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
NEXT DAY DELIVERIES
Next Day by 1pm is priced by parcel weight and calculated automatically at checkout. Orders placed before 3pm UK time Monday–Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed before 11am on Saturday will be dispatched the same day for Monday delivery; orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. No orders are dispatched or delivered on bank holidays.

DELIVERED DUTIES PAID (DDP) - no more surprise charges!
We offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping to selected international destinations.
For eligible DDP orders, any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no additional customs duties or import taxes to pay when your parcel is delivered.
Our current DDP destinations are:
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.
DDP availability can depend on your destination and the eligibility of your order. Checkout will confirm whether duties and import taxes are being collected before you place your order.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
For destinations where DDP is not available, your order may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees when it arrives in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority or carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs or import charges due on delivery for non-DDP destinations are not reimbursed by Little Lies.
