International
We ship worldwide from the UK.
Because each country has its own import regulations, customs charges, duties, VAT, or handling fees may be applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and courier and are outside of our control.
United States
Good news — all orders shipped to the United States are sent Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP).
This means:
- You will not be charged any additional customs fees on delivery
- The price you pay at checkout is the final cost
European Union (EU)
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to:
- Import VAT
- Customs duties
- Carrier handling or administration fees
These charges are payable by the customer upon delivery.
All Other International Destinations
Customs fees, taxes, and duties:
- Are set by your local customs authority
These charges are payable by the customer upon delivery.
All customs fees & duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Little Lies.
For country-specific guidance, we recommend checking with your local postal or customs service before placing an order.
United Kingdom
Some businesses will not accept Saturday deliveries. Please bear this in mind if postage is to a work address. Also, Saturday delivery to Herm, Sark and Alderney cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our Aftercare Portal, where you can fully track your parcel’s journey to you. Our couriers will also send regular updates along the way, so please make sure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly to give you full control of your delivery.
Also, please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
Next Day Deliveries
All Next Day orders will be delivered the next day when ordered before 1500 GMT Monday to Friday. Next Day orders placed on Saturdays will be delivered the following Tuesday. Our couriers do not operate on bank holidays so orders will not ship on these days.
inpost location selection
When you choose InPost as your shipping option, the system automatically assigns the locker closest to the delivery address provided. After placing your order, the confirmation page will display a map and list of available InPost locker locations. You’ll have 15 minutes to select a different locker if you prefer. Once this time has passed, the location cannot be changed. All confirmation and tracking emails will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
