Festive Shipping Dates
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, all orders must be placed by 3pm GMT on the dates below;
United States
- CT, MA, NY, NJ (Zip Codes 01001-14925, excluding AE/PR) | Last shipping date Friday 19th December
- California (Zip Codes 90001-96162) | Last shipping date Thursday 18th December
- All other US zip codes | Last shipping date Wednesday 17th December
- Hawaii, Alaska, Peurto Rico, & US Military Addresses | Last shipping date Friday 12th December
Shipping Services
International
We ship worldwide from the UK, each country has it's own customs rates and potential charges. Customs fees are likely for customers in the EU.
In all cases, Customs Fees & Duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Little Lies. Please check with your local mail service for information on what fees you may incur.
International returns will continue to be accepted. If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, this will be free of charge. You will be required to meet the costs of all other returns, this includes postage, transport, and any associated import or customs costs where applicable.
United Kingdom
Some businesses will not accept Saturday deliveries. Please bear this in mind if postage is to a work address. Also, Saturday delivery to Herm, Sark and Alderney cannot be guaranteed. Our couriers issue updates on your parcel's journey. Please ensure that you input your correct email address and mobile phone number to allow you full control of your delivery. Also, please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
Next Day Deliveries
All Next Day orders will be delivered the next day when ordered before 1500 GMT Monday to Friday. Next Day orders placed on Saturdays will be delivered the following Tuesday. Our couriers do not operate on bank holidays so orders will not ship on these days.
inpost location selection
When you choose InPost as your shipping option, the system automatically assigns the locker closest to the delivery address provided. After placing your order, the confirmation page will display a map and list of available InPost locker locations. You’ll have 15 minutes to select a different locker if you prefer. Once this time has passed, the location cannot be changed. All confirmation and tracking emails will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
