Refund policy

We hope you love everything you buy from Little Lies, but if something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned in line with our Returns Policy.

We operate a 14-day returns window, starting from the date your order is delivered. Please register your return through our Aftercare Portal within this period. Once your return has been registered, please send your item(s) back within 14 days.

Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in a resalable condition. Lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits should be tried on over your own underwear.

UK Customers
Create your return through our Aftercare Portal to receive a QR code for a prepaid tracked return. A £4.67 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

International Customers
Please register your return through our Aftercare Portal, then arrange and pay for your return using a tracked service. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please report the issue through the Aftercare Portal before returning it so we can advise you on the appropriate return method.

Once your return has reached us, please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed. We’ll email you once your refund or store credit has been issued. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns received outside our returns window or that do not meet our return conditions may be declined.

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
