Refund policy

STANDARD REFUND POLICY

We hope you’ll love everything you buy from Little Lies, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately any item received out with this time cannot be refunded. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in resell-able condition with all tags still attached.

UK customers can initiate a return through our Aftercare Portal. Simply follow the steps to log your return, tell us the reason, and receive a QR code for a tracked return label to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. Once received, a returns fee will be deducted from your refund. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

For customers outwith the UK, returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense. Original delivery charged are non-refundable. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot process your return if the parcel is lost in transit and no proof is provided.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t had any heard from us after this time, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery are non-returnable.
