How To Process A Refund
Step One
Please use the link to our Aftercare Portal to begin your return.
You’ll also find this link in your order confirmation and dispatch emails.
Please make sure you complete all required information correctly so your return can be processed without delay.
Step Two
UK Customers
After creating your return in the Aftercare Portal, you’ll receive a QR code for a tracked returns label.
Please note, a returns fee will be deducted from your refund. Original delivery charges are non‑refundable.
International Customers
After creating your return in the Aftercare Portal, you’ll need to send your item(s) back at your own expense.
Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage, as we can’t process returns lost in transit.
Original Delivery charges are non‑refundable.
Step Three
Once your item(s) are on their way back to us, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and for your refund to appear.
You can track your return through the Aftercare Portal and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
Returns Policy
We hope you love everything you buy from Little Lies, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
- We operate a 14‑day return policy, which starts from the date your order is delivered. After this time frame, the “Create a Return” option will no longer be available via our returns portal.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as unfortunately any item received out with this time cannot be refunded.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in a resell-able condition with all tags still attached. In the interest of hygiene, please ensure all lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits are tried on over your own underwear. If you don’t, we can reasonably decline your refund.
- Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Aftercare Portal. From there, you can easily track your order, report an issue or create a return (UK only).
- Return fees will be deducted from your refund and original delivery charges are non‑refundable.
- A tracked postal service is used to guarantee the item arrives safely back to us.
- Please note that all pierced jewellery is non-returnable.
Please allow between 7-14 working days for your parcel to be returned to Little Lies and processed by our team. An automated email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Need an exchange of size or item? Please place a new order! All available items and sizes at the present time are on our website. You can return the unsuitable item from your original order so long as you are within the terms of our Returns Policy above.
Customs
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Little Lies. Please check with your local mail service for information on what fees you may incur.
International returns are accepted.
Faulty or damaged items:
If your return is due to a fault or damage, we will cover the return costs, including postage and any applicable customs charges.
All other international returns:
Customers are responsible for:
- Return postage
- Transport costs
- Any import or customs charges incurred when the parcel is returned to us
Important customs information:
All international returns must be clearly labelled as “Product Return” or “Returned Goods / Return to Sender”.
This helps prevent unnecessary customs delays and charges.
Any customs fees applied to non‑faulty returns due to incorrect or unclear labelling may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
