Our couriers issue updates on your parcel's journey. Please ensure that you input your correct email address and mobile phone number to allow you full control of your delivery.

All Next Day orders will be delivered the next day when ordered before noon Monday to Friday. Next Day orders placed on Saturdays will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Our couriers do not operate on bank holidays so orders will not ship on these days.

We ship worldwide from the UK, each country has it's own customs rates and potential charges.

Customers in the EU, as a result of Brexit customs fees are likely.

In all cases, Customs Fees & Duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Little Lies. Please check with your local mail service for information on what fees you may incur.

International returns will continue to be accepted. If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, this will be free of charge. You will be required to meet the costs of all other returns, this includes postage, transport, and any associated import or customs costs where applicable.
