The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall culture of the store and to ensure the staff also represent and embrace the store’s culture and goals. They will oversee the operational and organisational standards of the store as well as implement the marketing, advertising and financial strategy dictated by upper management. The Store Manager will regularly review the daily, weekly and quarterly financial data of the store to ensure the store and staff are meeting their financial targets.
The primary focus of the role is to successfully take control of the daily running of the store including; managing the store’s employees, generating sales, ensuring social media coverage, creating rotas, dealing with store staffing, performance evaluations, administration and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, self motivated individual who works efficiently in a fast paced environment. You will have a strong level of attention to detail, be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools and be capable of creating and implementing management strategies. Two years minimum experience at management level is required, with a high level of customer service experience and a background in fashion retail.

Salary £17,077pa / £8.21ph
