“Talor Tries…. Valentine’s White Chocolate and Raspberry Hot Chocolate”

I apologise now for the mouthful of a title….

I wanted to make something quick, easy and tasty for Valentine’s day. This recipe appeared on Pinterest and I HAD to try it!

Unfortunately it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be as I managed to curdle the first batch…. Woops! However the second time around it was perfect and delicious. It is a heart-warming, very sweet drink and is necessary for the freezing cold weather we have been having recently! I think it is perfect for Valentine’s Day because of the lovely pink colour it turns when the raspberry purée is added to the hot chocolate. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to give the colour justice in my video, or my pictures. Therefore you now have to make it yourself so you can see the actual colour…. Let me know how it goes!

To find out how I got on with the recipe and see the full method, check out my video tutorial here

I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s day with whoever you decide to spend it with!

Lots of love,

T x
