SS16 Homeware is here.

Spring is here (kind of) and summer is just around the corner (we hope), which means it’s time to update our homes with some bright accent colours and beautiful bohemian trinkets. We’re all about bold gypsy hues and batik prints, balanced out by subtle tarnished metals and soft textures. We’ve been sanding back our vintage wooden furniture finds and giving them new life with white washes and pastel paints, to give us the perfect backdrop for our brand new trinkets.

It has been scientifically proven that looking at beautiful things makes you happy, apparently. But you don’t need to tell us twice, our Spring Summer ’16 homeware collection has landed and we’re on our way to the checkout with a basket full of pretty things to boost our dopamine levels!

Check out some of our favourite pieces and see how we’ve styled them up in our very own home.

Geometric copper pieces are still a huge interiors trend for Spring / Summer ’16, and this cute hexagonal mirror is the perfect way to introduce a hint of copper into your bohemian space without getting too ‘industrial’. We’ve paired it with rustic wood, sheer white curtains and some decorative skull pieces to make it our own. Mirror £14. Moroccan Silver Candle Holder £10. Glass Skull Bottle £6. Skull Candle £12.

Our Lime Ceramic Gypsy Jar is one of those beautiful things you just HAVE to have. The even better bit is it’s a Fair Trade product hand crafted in India, so you can shop with a clear conscience. We love it contrasted with the Moroccan cut work silver and bold copper mirror. Our genius plan for this baby is to get three and use in our kitchen as our tea, coffee & sugar storers! Lime Jar £14. Silver Tea Light Holder £10. Copper Mirror £14.

This pretty little set up proves our point about beautifully mixed prints, colours and textures. The ceramic and wood combination stacked up with etched silver jewellery has our bohemian hearts fluttering. You can never have too many trinket boxes, and this combo of jars and boxes means you’ve got all the right compartments for your favourite rings, jewels, kirby grips and more. Lime Ceramic Jar £14. Indian Painted Pot £8. Ceramic Drawer Box £22.

Can we just take a minute to appreciate the sheer beauty of these glass Moroccan Star Lanterns? Every home should have at least one! We know you’re meant to hang them from the ceiling and everything, but we just love them as an alternative to the usual ‘pillar candles stacked in a fireplace’, and think they look even better combined with our bad ass vintage gig poster. They look super romantic with a little tea light glowing inside, but if you want them to generate a little more light, fill them with battery operated fairy lights. Large Star £26. Small Star £16.
