If your parcel has not arrived within the outlined time frame your shipping selection stated, send us an email at customerservice@little-lies.com and we’ll check it out for you

C A N   I   M A K E   C H A N G E S   T O   M Y   O R D E R ?

Once your order is marked as ‘Completed’ in your account and you receive an email saying your order is complete, changes are unable to be made. However until then, if you have any required changes, email orders@little-lies.com with the email header ‘ORDER CHANGE REQUEST’ and we’ll do our best to sort you out!

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of its placement. Simply email us at returns@little-lies.com with the heading ‘CANCEL’, including your order number, items purchased and reason for cancelling.

We recommend you send us your parcel via a tracked service from the Post Office. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the item you’re sending back to us. To get an idea of much your parcel will cost, take a look at royalmail.com/price-finder
